Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Modesto

The Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Modesto supplies vital restorative services to patients in the local community. M. J. Harris contributed special follow-through and undivided commitment to this project. We delivered it on time, within budget and to specification. This one-story rehabilitation hospital was constructed to heal with 50 private patient beds, a therapy gym, X-ray room, clinical support, kitchen and dining spaces, and administration areas. Complete with concrete foundations, a structural steel frame, stucco and metal panel facade, roofing, glass and glazing, interior finishes, mechanical, and electrical systems, the building scope was comprehensive. Our work extended far beyond the building to on-site improvements of grading, storm water and underground retention system, site utilities, concrete sidewalks, asphalt, and concrete paving with additional off-site work, including road widening and traffic signal modifications. The success of this building project is a testament to our long-standing, trusted partnership with Encompass Health.
